@Felthry there's a joke from back in the day about how the xbox 360 sucks that goes "they call it the xbox 360 because when you see it, you turn 360 degrees and walking away"

the joke, of course, being that that's too many degrees

so then as a reference, people started making the joke that is the first line of the op

@clarjon1 @Felthry @monorail We hadn't expected Microsoft to abandon sensible naming conventions that early. Really set the bar for windows 10.

@violet @Felthry @monorail I'm still amused that the reason why they went for 10 was due to all the legacy applications doing checks for 9* to determine 95/98 versions.
